KashrusBase is a subscription that grows with the number of establishments you supervise, plus a one-time implementation. We aren't publishing fixed prices yet — each proposal is prepared for the agency it's for.
No per-user fees: your whole team — office, mashgichim, shochtim and establishments — can use the platform.

Questions agencies ask
Why aren't prices listed?
Agencies differ widely in size, categories and the modules they need. Rather than publish numbers that fit no one, we prepare a proposal for your agency after a short conversation.
What counts as an active establishment?
An establishment you are actively supervising — one whose kashrus status is active. Establishments that are pending, suspended or no longer certified don't count.
Do you charge per user?
No. Your whole team — office, mashgichim, shochtim and establishments — uses the platform without per-user fees.
Can we start with some modules and add more later?
Yes. Start with the modules you need today and add others as your agency is ready.
Is implementation required?
Yes. Every agency starts with implementation, so the platform is configured and your data is in place before your team relies on it. Its scope, and its fee, depend on your agency.
How is custom development priced?
Separately. We scope what's needed, quote it and agree on it with you before any work begins. Improvements to the shared platform reach every agency as part of the subscription.
