Implementation is part of working with us. We configure the platform around your procedures, bring your data over, train your team and stay with you through launch — so the work of supervision never stops.

KashrusBase supports how your agency already works. It doesn't set halachic standards or replace rabbinic authority — your rabbonim decide the policies, and the platform is configured to carry them out.

The process

Six phases, planned together

Every agency is different, so the plan is set together in discovery. The phases stay the same.

Your records, brought over and checked

Whatever form your records take today — spreadsheets, documents or another system — we map them into the platform with you, and check them together before you rely on them.

Questions agencies ask

Do we have to change how we work?

No. The platform is configured around your existing procedures, checklists and roles. Where it can't yet do something you need, we'll say so — and discuss whether it belongs in configuration or in separately scoped development.

Does KashrusBase make any halachic decisions?

No. Halachic standards and decisions remain entirely with your agency's rabbonim. The platform records and organizes the work; it decides nothing.

Can we start with one part of the operation?

Yes. You can start with one area — establishments and certificates, for example — and add scheduling, reports and billing when your team is ready.

How long does implementation take?

It depends on your agency's size, the modules you start with and the state of your data. We set a timeline together in discovery, rather than promise one before we understand your operation.

What happens to our existing data?

We bring it over with you and check it together before go-live. What is migrated, and how far back, is agreed in discovery.
